Are you ready for fire in your life? Then we invite you to Friday Night Fire. This is a special night of worship, where we will be encountering God and seeing miracles, signs, and wonders being released. The next Friday Night Fire is this Friday at 7pm.
Thanksgiving is quickly approaching and we wanted to let you know about something really cool we’re doing this year as a church to say thank you to some very important people in our community. We’re calling it Thanks Week and for the week leading up to Thanksgiving, we’re going to be showing our police officers, firefighters, teachers, and city council members how much we appreciate them and are thankful for what they do. Starting on November 13 and ending at All Together Night on November 20, we’re going to be giving you opportunities to show your thankfulness to those in our community that do so much to make our community great. The whole church is going to have an opportunity to get involved. The kids will be making thank you cards to give to our police officers, families will have an opportunity to bring a dinner meal to the firefighters, we’ll be delivering breakfasts to teachers and lunch to our city council members. Then on November 20 we will end with our final celebration at All Together Night where we want to say thank YOU to all of the volunteers that help at Hope. On Saturday, November 17 we will also have an opportunity to serve a Thanksgiving meal at Embassy of Hope (formerly known as Inner City Outreach). They are expecting 300 people, so we will need lots of hands to help serve food that day.
We’d love for you to join in, so to sign up or find out more information on the weeks events, click here.
Come get your hands dirty and help out a really awesome ministry at the same time.
On Saturday, October 27th, we’ll be having a workday at Dogwood Ranch. We will be working from 9am-12pm to help ready the property for the winter and prepare for their upcoming annual event called Thanks FOR Giving. This is something the whole family can do together. There will have several projects going on such as cleaning out the barn, gardening, weed removal, fence repairs, cutting up wood, trimming trees.
At noon, we’ll be serving pizza. So come ready to get your hands dirty and help us make this day a huge success and help support Dogwood Ranch and all the foster youth and families that they serve.
