HSM Encounter Fall Retreat 2025

This is our FAVORITE event of the year because we spend the weekend surrounded by God’s creation, laughing together and growing deeper in our relationship with the Father.

This event is happening October 17th-19th for students from 6th-12th grade. This cost is $160 per student. A $50 deposit is due at registration. You can make payments on the remaining $160 up until October 12th.

We do require that you fill out the activity release and the Shepherd of the Ozarks Waiver form found within this registration.

Departure: We will meet in the parking lot on October 17th at 4:30PM and leave at 5PM. 

Return: We will return at the back of the church on October 19th at 6PM.
 
The deadline to register is October 12th! Don’t forget!
ALL WAIVERS NEED TO BE SIGNED!
