Adult Reservations
No Longer Required
What to expect coming back in the building
Welcome to
Hope!
We are so excited that we are back together again for services at 8:30 and 10:45am in the Worship Center and Family Center! We will be continuing our Live Stream services on Facebook and Youtube!
Reservations are no longer required for Adults, but are still needed for HopeKids
As most of you have heard, on Monday July 13th the Springfield – Greene County Health Department passed an ordinance to require masking. We as a church are choosing to honor our local government and are asking you to do the same!
Starting this Sunday, July 19th, masking will be required to attend Sunday morning services at Hope Church. We ask that you bring your own mask, but if you forget yours we will have some provided at the door. Masks are required for anyone 12 and older unless they have a pre-existing medical condition.
Temporary New
Service Times
We will have temporary NEW service times in order to allow for adequate cleaning between services until further notice.
In Person Services: Worship Center & Family Center
8:30am: No Reservation Required. Seating begins at 8:15am.
10:45am: No Reservation Required. Seating begins at 10:30am.
What to Expect?
Reservations are no longer required for Adults; however, at this time, reservations are still needed for Hope Kids (Infants – 5th Grade)!
You can reserve your child’s spot above or contact the church office at 417-882-5888.
To help maintain social distancing in high traffic areas, we will have designated entrances & exits. We will communicate these instructions at the time of registration and our Guest Services team will also be available to help direct you on site.
There are so many friendly people at Hope Church that love to give each other hugs, shake hands or give high fives. However, during this season, we are going to ask that you maintain social distancing.
The foyer and other community spaces of the building will not be available for socializing. We will be asking everyone to promptly exit the building once services are over so that we can begin to clean/sanitize the building.
We will have designated entrances for both the Worship Center and Family Center as our Usher team will be escorting everyone to their seats. You will be able to sit together with your party. To help us seat people as quickly as possible, please have all members of your party present at the time of seating.
We have missed being all together as a church family so much over the last weeks but even more than that, we want you to be healthy and safe. As per the Greene County “Road to Recovery” order, we encourage all those considered to be in the “high-risk” categories to remain at home and worship with us online during this time.

At all times it’s important to maintain good hygiene and handwashing. We have provided additional hand sanitizers throughout the building for your convenience.
We will be providing extra cleaning of surfaces and door handles throughout service and between services. We will also be propping open doors during high-traffic times to help reduce contact.
The Coffee Bar will not be open during this time so you may want to bring your own coffee!

Hope kids
is back
We are SO excited to be back with your kids on Sundays! We will be opening classrooms for all ages infants – 5th grade. Sunday’s may look a little different but they will still be amazing!
We will follow the recommended CDC guidelines regarding social distancing & health hygiene to the best of our ability. But as parents, you know that this can be challenging for kids to understand and comply.
If you have any concerns at all regarding your child’s safety, we encourage you to join our Live Stream services each Sunday at 8:30am.
Hope Kids
You will need to register your children for their class each time you register yourself for service.
If you volunteer, please register your children for the service that you are attending AND the service you are serving.
We are going the extra mile to make sure each classroom is safe and sanitized before & after each service.
In order to help with social distancing, your child may check into a different room than normal. But don’t worry, we will have people to help direct you every step of the way!
We will be taking your little one’s temperature as they enter the classroom, so plan to arrive a few minutes early for drop off.
We will be wearing masks when we are unable to maintain social distancing guidelines (rocking, bottle-feeding, etc)
